Business Development Manager

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
  • Plan & prepare sales plans and ensure that sales targets are met
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments in planning and preparing pitch presentations
  • Creating reports, presentations, and proposals for other parties and senior management

Job-Holder Requirements:

  • Education:  University Degree
  • Experience & knowledge:  At least 3 years of agency experience in same field
  • Core competencies /skills:  Communication, team player, problem-solving and time management, customer satisfaction oriented, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
