Digital Account Manager

Key Accountabilities:

  • Acting as client’s point of contact of the agency
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Strategic tasks:
    • Identifies opportunities to grow business with the existing clients including upselling and cross-selling
    • Keep up to date with new trends in digital technology
    • Collaborate with business development team in new pitches presentations and proposals
  • External Communication with the client:
    • Regular follow up with the client
    • Communicate with clients and handle all their account’s aspects
    • Managing and following up on clients’ day to day requests
    • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
    • Negotiate with the clients, solve any problems and making sure deadlines are met
    • Responsible for presenting company’s outputs to the client such as calendar, reports,…
    • Attending client meetings
  • Internal communication:
    • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate clients’ need fulfillment
    • Brief the internal teams about the clients’ requirements and follow up on the deliverables
    • Hold meetings and carry out brainstorming sessions with different teams to develop new ideas and strategies for the development of the accounts
    • Supervise account executives work and making sure its on-brief and top quality
    • Brief and direct both of finance and media buying about client’s media plans
    • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns with the media buying team
  • Tactical tasks:
    • Plan and implement digital strategies for clients
    • Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
    • Creating reports, presentations and proposals for other parties and senior management
    • Comply with internal systems and SOPs

Job Holder Requirements:

  • Education:  University Degree
  • Experience & knowledge:  At least 3-4 years experiences in the digital account management field
  • Core competencies /skills:  Communication skills, team player, problem solving and time management, Account planning & management and Presentation skills
