Key Accountabilities
- Develop effective digital performance strategies & media plans
- Creating digital performance campaigns across various platforms
- Crafting digital target audience structures according to brand personas
- Responsible for clients’ digital performance growth strategies
- Planning & executing different types of campaigns across multiple platforms
- Optimize running campaigns and ensure campaigns efficacy
- Achieving the essential campaign KPIs according to the approved media plan while ensuring maximizing the ROAS
- Analyzing campaigns performance through weekly & monthly reports
- Analyze data and make use of the digital insights
- Maintaining a discipline of testing, research, analysis, and data-driven decisions
- Analyzing the competitive landscape
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Cooperate with relevant departments to ensure the best approach to achieve business goals.
- Keeping up to date with the latest digital performance based technologies
Job Holder Requirements
- Education: University Degree
- Experience & knowledge: At least 5 years of agency experience
- Core competencies /skills: Strong digital performance knowledge, Ability to prioritize, multi-task efficiently and respond to ongoing requests in a timely manner, Proven ability to collaborate across the different departments to implement processes and achieve required results
